Despite being primarily an entertainment machine, people do use tablets for work. Work of course is associated with office documents, such as word processor, spreadsheet and presentation. Office Suit Pro has now hit version 7, what’s new ?
The latest version offers a redesigned user interface as well as Sidebar navigation in the File Browser that would help users access their files from folders and third-party storage websites.
A feature called Templates gives users patterns for making a range of documents, such as CVs, invoices, travel planners, and weight loss trackers, among others.
Another additions is QuickSpell, a spell checking tool for 41 languages. QuickSpell may be used not only within Office Suite Professional but also on other mobile software.
Cloud support has also been reinforced with the addition of Microsoft SkyDrive. Meanwhile, Google Drive has been enhanced with folder support. Apart from these, Office Suite Professional for Android supports Box, SugarSync, Box, and DropBox.
In the Docs Editor, support for MS word styles has been added, as well as an ability to insert a library from provided designs. Format painter, which allows users to apply the format of selected text to another, is also introduced. In the Spreadsheet Editor, Version 7 made adjustments to the “selection of parameters in functions.” Animations, meanwhile, are now found in the Slides Editor. A PDF engine from Adobe improved the PDF Viewing feature, which now lets users open large PDF files with ease.
